As in all societies, the growth rate of population in any country is a function of birth rate, death rate and migration, so to lower this growth rate we should know all the birth control facts. You know widespread poverty, of education, joint family system, unpopularity of family planning, etc is the major factor of birth control facts. Poverty is one of the major factors responsible for high birth rate. The number of children born in a poor family is generally larger. This is because of a number of reason, firstly Children, when they grow up, provide security to their parents in old age, so to remove this thinking from their mind
a person should be educated and poverty should be reduce. The main focus is all on the birth control facts, how to control the population? For it various steps have been taken, such as: The government is also looking over the Birth Control Facts; they are giving a rebate on income tax to those who are having not more that two children. Government is also coming out with several scheme and programmes for the people so they are attracted, and birth rate is also in control. Now there are many advertisement related to condoms, pills tablets so that the person who are illiterate can know all about it and can use it when require. Newspaper is the biggest advertisement criteria because in every house newspaper is read and all about condoms and pills is given on it very colorful so as to get attraction. Thus, birth rate has remained high because of widespread poverty, early marriage; religious and social attitudes and superstitions are also responsible for high birth rate, lack of family planning, lack of education, etc. However, rise in income, spread of literacy, etc; have started bringing down the birth rate in the recent years. But unless efforts are made in a big way, it may not be possible to bring down the birth rate in the immediate future. It is expected that with fall in the birth rate in future, the proportion of the working population is likely to increase and dependency ratio is likely to decrease. To hold the birth rate, both men and women have a control on them; this can be possible with employment, if both men and women are employed than they have very less time for interaction and this will definitely control over the birth rate. However for some countries marriage is regarded as a social and religious responsibility. Unmarried people do not have a respectable social status. As a result of such an attitude, marriage and child marriage is not only universal but also takes place at an early age in many of the countries. All this results in a larger number of births, so to control the birth rate government has made restriction on child marriage.
